Big house in the centre of Calonge perfect for 2 or 3 families sharing the holidays. A total of 400 sqm split in three floors with a private beautiful garden of 800 sqm.
The house is placed in the heart of the village of Calonge only 2,5 km away from main beaches and only some meters away from the town center and all the village shops. Ideal for those who look for a calm place still very close to the beach.
The house has been organized to optimise the sharing by several families with a ground floor devoted to common areas (completely equipped Gaggenau kitchen, dinning room, bathroom). High-quality wooden furniture can be found in all rooms of the house. The house is usually shared by three large families and is well equipped and ready to receive hosts in great comfort.
Besides the extensive common rooms in the ground floor, you have the option of more private moments in two identical completely independent floors of 140 m2 each with 4 double rooms among which a big marital room, 2 bathrooms, a big lounge with fireplace, a kitchen and a terrace.
The access to the terrace (35 sqm) and to the garden (pines, bougainvilleas, orange trees, …) is possible by the ground floor.
For winter periods, a big fireplace and wood is available as well as a powerful central heating.
A garage with one parking place (not suitable for breaks or 4x4) and enough place to keep your bicycles, windsurfing boards and other similar equipment.
Calonge is a small medieval city surrounded with forests, vineyards and only 2,5Km away from the coast. The village (with its castle) is still protected from the most crowed zones. The café, the market, the places and the shops of the village remain very authentic. Numerous circuits possible for cycling or just walking. Tennis, horse riding and many other sports are available in areas very close to the house. Neighbouring villages (Palamos, Platja d' Aro) offer the possibility of practising swimming, fishing, golf, sailing, bowling and many other sports.
In this area, you have the possibility to choose between the big sandy beaches close to Palamos and Torre Valentina, protected and still unspoiled sandy beaches (Platja del Castell) or the famous and numerous creeks of this part of the coast.
