The property has been totaly refurbished and redecorated in June 2011.
Set amid palms, tropical gardens and waterfalls, the Dona Lola Beach Club Marbella has DIRECT ACCES TO THE BEACH. Its features 4 swimming pools : a 270 foot curved outdoor swimming pool, a SHALLOW CHILDREN'S pool, an outdoor ADULTS ONLY heated pool and an INDOOR POOL.
The Gold Crown Resort also boasts a LEISURE CLUB with Steam, SAUNA, JACUZZI, GYM, POOL TABLES, 2 outdoor TENNIS courts, a KIDS CLUB and a GOLF Centre.
Everything is ON SITE: 12 RESTAURANTS and BARS and a MINI MARKET.

The Dona Lola Beach Club is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH, in Calahonda, half way between Marbella and Fuengirola. 10 minutes to reach both.
5 minutes drive to get to La Cala de Mijas which is a nice fisherman village and Cabopino Marina with lots of restaurants and a beautiful unspoiled beach.
The famous white village of Mijas is less than 15 minutes.
No car necessary, but I would recommend to rent one in order to visit wonderful and coloured Andalucia, Granada (1h30 drive), Sevilla (2h drive), Ronda (45 mn drive), Gibralta (1h drive).
Many attractions around : Biopark Fuengirola, Tivoli World, Selwo Park and so .....
At the reception, many tours are offered at reasonable prices.

The Costa del Sol has been a popular holiday region for many years. Its boasts some 320 days of sunshine per year.
The world renowned resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola are nearby with their famous nightlife and impressive boats.
Extensive sea sports are available locally e.g. at Cabopino (1 mile) with water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, etc. Popular local destinations include Mijas and Ronda which are traditional Spanish towns in the mountains.
The area is well known as the Costa del Golf.
There are many excellent Golf Courses within 5 minute drive : Cabopino Golf, Riviera del Sol, La Noria, La Siesta and El Chaparral . The famous LA CALA GOLF RESORT (three 18 holes courses) and MIJAS GOLF (two 18 holes courses), RIO REAL are 10 minute drive away. Due to the climate, golf is popular all year long.

A Deposit of 50 % is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 180 euros is required against breakages and damage
I strongly advise that cancellation insurance is taken out.
