The stunning villa offers 5 ensuite bedrooms with a possible 6th available. It is located amongst the rocks and pine trees of tha Andalucian countryside and benefits from the most stunning views in the area. The property has been tastefully decorated in a comtemporary design and offers indoor and outdoor seating and dining options for over 10 people. The villa has a cinema room with full sky TV, hotand cold airconditioning and underfloor heating throughout. There is also a chiringuito bar area by the pool with fridge and drink making facilities. This property is just a few minutes from the Almenara Hotel, golf and spa and is only a 10 minutes drive from Sotogrande marina and the beach. This property also benefits from being only 5 to 10 minutes from the following world class golf courses: Valderrama, La reserva, San Roque Club, Real Club de Sotogrande and is onlu 25 minutes from Finca Cortesin.
Sotogrande is also known for it's polo game and several famous polo fields are just a 10 minutes drive.
Outside there are large wrap around terraces, with outdoor sofas and seating areas, outdoor dining areas and BBQ. Private garden with chiringuito and pool. Large private pool shower and separate outdoor bathroom facilities.
The nearest beaches are Sotogrande and Torreguardiaro and are a 10 minutes drive from the villa. These offer very nice chiringuito beach bars in the summer and there are also 2 beach clubs available. Tarifa beach, known for it's surfing and kite surfing and beuatiful white/pink sands and dunes is located 45 minutes villa is located 20 minutes from Gibraltar airport or just over an hour from Malaga airport.
