A recently updated 3 bedroom townhouse beside the beach and next to all amenities. The opportunity of holiday accommodation in an exclusive small, quiet complex.
We have taken great care and no expenses have been spared in the modernisation and decoration of this property. Quality was our priority in refitting the property and we enjoy our stays here immensely. We are pleased to be able to share the comforts of our second home with others.
The very well maintained gardens and swimming pool are situated right outside the front door and we're very fortunate as the pool can be enjoyed almost all year round, weather and temperatures permitting ofcourse.
The location is a highlight for us as we don't require the use of a car and we think could be an important factor in making your holiday pleasurable and relaxing.

Notes
As said before, the house has been completely renovated to a high standard ensuring the utmost comfort to our guests.
The house is built on three levels. On the ground floor, on entering the premises you'll find a patio and porch. We have 2 sunbeds and 2 beach chairs to use for sunning yourselves. We have large glass doors which lead through to the open plan living/dining area and kitchen. The living area is very well equipped with comfortable seating, TV,Video,DVD and HiFi. The american kitchen is equipped with all you'll need for your stay. We have a large fidge/freezer with filtered water/ice dispenser- no need to buy bottled water at all. There is a dishwasher, micro, oven and washing machine. Outside the kitchen is a small patio where we keep the barbecue. Just off here we have a small bathroom with a toilet and water heater.
The stairs leading from the living area will take you up to the first floor where 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom are situated. The bathroom has a walk in shower and double basins. The bedrooms are fully furnished and both have terraces.
Up another flight of stairs we have another double bedroom and and en-suite bathroom with full length bath, wall mounted shower and basin. This room also has a terrace that overlooks the pool.
The communal gardens are very well maintained by a professional gardener. It's a lovely place to relax all year round. The swimming pool is open almost all year but is unheated so it can be chilly in Spring and Autumn.
Just outside the complex is a lovely park with play areas for children, an open air bar where you can sit and watch them play. There are exercise machines, chess tables and a skating area too.
On exiting the complex, on the opposite side is the beach. It's approximately 25 metres away- a 1 minute walk.
The centre of town is a 10 minute walk, 15 minute stroll along the promenade.
A new riverside park has just been in inaugurated in February of 2011. It's a beautiful place to go and relax. There are exterior table tennis tables, basketball court, exercise apparatus, and in the future, they'll be the possibility or hiring small rowing boats. It's a mere 1-2 minutes from the house.
All amenities are within short walking distance. The Myramar shopping mall is a 5-6 minute walk away and we have a bakery, minimarket, video shop, internet cafe, bars and restaurants less than 3 minutes away.
The location of this property makes it desirable to different groups of people of all ages. There is no need for a car as you have everything on hand.
In terms of local leisure, you'll have plenty to choose from. On the west side of central Fuengirola, where the house is situated, you have a water park, the award winning zoo, the castle that frequently serves as a venue in the summer months for concerts and festivals. The beaches are wide and sandy with all amenities you'd expect of a tourist destiny.
There is much to see in the surrounding villages and towns too. A theme park, a safari park, open top bus tours, donkey rides and the list is never ending. Full tourist information is kept at the property.

Easter 2012 (from 1st to 15th April)is charged at 810 euros per week IMPORTANT We regret that this property is not wheelchair accessible due to steps and stairs.
25% of the rental price payable on reservation.
Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
250€ security bond payable on arrival and returnable on departure subject to satisfactory assessment of the property.
Cleaning fee is optional- not obligatory.
An eigth person is welcome at a fee of 60€ extra. However, must be a baby using a cot.
Please note that we do not accept groups of friends when most are under the age of 25

Greetings!
I bought this property 13 years ago. It seemed the ideal place for us to spend our holidays. Flight time to Malaga from most european cities is short. Then, a short 20 minute drive to the house.
We plan to spend more time here in future, so we invested heavily on renovating and redecorating
the house to make it homely and comfortable. We find the location to be a luxury. Next to the beach, a stroll to the centre, all amenities on hand-yet tranquil.

Pueblo Castillo Townhome at Fuengirola

Property was as described and in excellent and clean condition. One block away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping center and supermarket. Beds were confortable and all utililities and amenities worked perfectly. Our only recommendation to owner is to include WiFi as part of the rental. we were travelling from overseas and not having wifi at the facilities caused us some logistics problems. Other than that the appartment was perfect for our stay. Jane was available at all times for all of our questions or needs. Overall we highly recommend this property.
