Apartment Description
1 minute away of beach lovely 40 m² apartment, fully equipped, well comunicated, just restored and refurnished, fashion-rustic style.
The apartment has 2 big windows & a terrace door which let sunshine in all rooms (except batroom).
It has a Double bedroom, double sofa-bed, american kitchen, fashion bathroom, & a little terrace that leads to the street, all practically distributed.
Check fotos to see the beach situated at street end & the map to see the apartment position, literally 100 meters away of the beach.
The nearest metro station is 5 minutes away walk ("Barceloneta" station - yellow line), and reaches all important sites of the city in less than 20 minutes.
Enjoy a walk
Once at the beach, if you walk with the beach at your right (along the boulevard you see in the foto) youll arrive to the most important restaurants, entertainment & clubbing zone in 10 minutes.
If you walk with the beach at your left, youll arrive to the old port and Ramblas also in 10 minutes. Ramblas is full of museums, live shows, multicultural ambients and a lot of places to eat and have a drink. Ramblas starts at the old port, and ends in Plaza Catalunya (the touristic heart of Barcelona, perfect for shopping), youd walk all Ramblas in 20 minutes, certainly the most enjoyable walk.
Local markets are available and good quality, and the district is a workers and familiar district, being about 10-15 minutes away of all the famous touristic sites in Barcelona. If youre looking for some place well comunicated near the beach, and still not a tourists trap, I think its the best district for that, being also a secure neighbourhood.
