A charming townhouse built on three levels in the heart of Gualchos with stunning views over the village and surrounding mountains. Recently renovated throughout the house offers a ground floor traditional style dinning room and open kitchen with stairs leading to the first floor double bedroom and connecting bathroom. Opposite is an open plan area with double sofa bed and stairs to 2nd floor where you will find a delightful lounge with air conditioning/heating unit and television. Double doors lead to a large sun terrace with covered eating area.

Nestling in the mountainside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a mere 15 minute drive away, the small traditional white Spanish village of Gualchos is ideally situated for relaxing on the beach, walking in the Alpujarras, visiting the cultural city of Granada or skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Sitting on the sun terrace or in the tree lined Plaza in the heart of the village you can enjoy the atmosphere of a typical working village, take a cool beer in the local bar and feel a part of the community.

Four times a year the village celebrates in traditional style the annual fiestas with processions, fireworks and dancing - email for more information and dates.
