This apartment in the “Palm Tree Avenue” in Benalmadena-Costa is all you need to enjoy a great summer or winter holiday with your family and/or friends. One of the two pools has a children´s pool as well. The sandy beach is just two minutes walk away from the apartment where you will find many restaurants and bars along the promenade.
Nearby as well is the beautiful Paloma Park which has a small child’s park, several café/bars and many small animals running about!! You will find rabbits, ducks, geese, chickens, birds with swans on the lake.

The apartment is well equipped with a fridge/freezer; combi oven; microwave; electric hob; dishwasher; washing machine and tumble dryer.; steam iron and ironing board, television with a variety of sky channels; DVD player; Hi-Fi Towels and bed linen are provided.

Change over day can be any day of the week.

All due payments on arrival have to be in cash in Euros.

Other prices to be considered by request depending on duration of stay.

To reserve you need to pay a 30% of the price by a bank transfer .The total price due has to be paid on the arrival day (discounting the down payment) and so is a deposit that will be refunded into your bank account if there is no damage.

There is a possibility for an airport pick-up. You will be awaited in the arrival hal of the airport and brought straight to the apartment. For more information please send me an email.

There is also a private garage available. But this is optional and there ia an extra charge. Please inform if you are intersted.
