Description: |
The Villa is located a 5 minute drive from the centre of Moraira, which was a typical Spanish fishing village and still retains much of it’s village charm.
There are three magnificent beaches along the 8 kilometer coastline, El Portet, L’Ampolla and Platgetes. Further along the coast 10 minutes drive from the Villa is the town of Calpe which offers a more lively atmosphere.
In addition to these beaches there are many attractive rocky coves with crystal clear warm waters.
Charming restaurants can be found around almost every corner.
This part of Spain has something for everyone regardless of the type of holiday you are looking for.

The property sleeps up to 8 people. Spacious accommodation. The villa is a 45 minute drive from Alicante airport or 55 minutes from Valencia. The majority of the journey is on the A7 motorway making the trip an easy one even for people who have not driven in Spain before.
The villa has a very secluded and private swimming pool surrounded by spacious sun terracing. Large well tended gardens with Table Tennis and a large covered sun terrace for those times when it is too hot to lay in the sun.
The villa is set in a quiet private road yet only 1km from local shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a golf course 2km from the villa.
Weekly villa cleaning service plus twice weekly pool maintenance.
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin-beds. 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Lounge/Diner.
