The apartment is situated in a quiet area but full of life, with shops and bars, everything that you would need to buy for self-catering, i.e. bread shop, butcher, fruit & veg. shop is on your doorstep. There is a Sports Centre, Aquapark and Battery Park for children and adults alike, all within walking distance.
The apartment is southwest facing with sun from sunrise to sunset. There is private parking if needed. You have only a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Sports Centre with its Olympic-size pool and tennis courts (the local market is nearby Thursdays and Sundays also). The bus stop is very close by 20mtrs, that will take you to the direction of the beaches in the Carihuela, the paseo maritime and the Marina (bus stop at the Aloha Puerto Sol Hotel). The International Airport of Malaga is 10kms away. A car is not essential as the train will take you in only 15mins from the airport to the apartment near Montemar station.
This apartment is on the 4th floor and has a lift. It is close the a commercial shopping centre, hairdressers and the aforementioned shops. It is for couples and families.
The views of the sea , the Mountains of Malaga and Battery Park are there to see.

Notes
As prices are quoted per property ie 4 persons less people less to pay. Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros. 50% of tariff is required to secure booking. The balance plus €200 deposit at the start of your holiday when keys are handed over. The deposit will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked over for any damage. A discount of 10% is offered to people booking for 3 weeks of more during the winter season (November to March except the Christmas/New Year week). Price includes fresh linen and cleaning charges between occupancies. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in apartment (you may smoke on terrace).
