This beautiful villa with private pool, is not only set in a superb location but also has been built and furnished to a high standar. A lot of care and attention to detail went into the renovation with the aim of upgrading the property without losing the charm and harmony it had originally.

The interior of this property is beautifully finished and decorated in rustic style, spacious sitting-living room, with fireplace and Sat. Tv., fully fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms one en suite.
From the outside terraces and porch as well from the pool area you will enjoy spectacular views through the mountains down to a wide expanse Mediterranean sea.

Central heating throughout.

The small white village of Cómpeta is at only 3,5 km distance. Since July 2009 the whole way to Finca Higuerón is over a tarmac road. Only the last 200-300 meters are quite steep. This part is, however also cemented and an ordinary car can be used without problems. Nervous drivers may feel happier in a four wheel drive.
