The main living area is open plan bright and airy with well appointed kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher,microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc.
The modern lounge is very well presented with a sofa , satellite TV, DVD Player, Radio / CD PLayer /cassette tape deck,lovley soft lighting
Patio doors lead onto the 45sqm Terrace with table and chairs ,overlooking the sea and the mountains.
The master bedroom is furnished with a 2x2 meter double bed fitted wardrobes and aircondition
The bathroom is tiled in soft tones and comes equipped with a shower and bath

Very sunny 45 sqm terrace with breathtaking panoramic views over the sea and the mountains.Perfect setting for open-air breakfasts or romantic candle light dinner as they give a feeling of merging with the sea.


I have owned my apartments since 2000 . I absolutly love Nerja , in particular the Burriana Beach area the amazing mountains and the special familiar atmoshere from the spanish people.......
It is run by a small but dedicated team ( not an agency) whose focus is on brining you first class , exceptional customer service in everything we do.
We all will be happy to welcome you in Nerja.

Although we did request the one bedroom apt from Angelika, she advised us that her two bedroom would better suit our requirements, so we actually rented the two bed apt in the same block, and it was fab :)
