An ideally located, beautiful detached holiday home, air conditioned with a private pool, comfortably furnished in a quiet residential area of La Marina Urbanisation, within a few minutes walk to numerous bars, restaurants, a supermarket, banks and an outdoor market held twice a week. The magnificent blue-flag sandy beaches are less than 5km away. The villa boasts three beautiful modern bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, lounge, two terraces, a patio area and a large roof top solarium with panoramic views of the seacoast and towns, as well as a well equipped kitchen. This is a complete home from home where you can relax when not exploring the many attractions around La Marina. With English satellite TV, Play station 2, a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s, the kids are sure to be entertained. However, if this is not enough you can always have fun in the pool and relax poolside on the sun loungers and enjoy the barbecue.
The Villa is located in La Marina, which is in Torrevieja Alicante. It is built in a quiet residential area of La Marina Urbanization, and is ideally located to explore the beautiful Costa Blanca coastline,which is about 5 Km away from the fabulous clean sandy ‘Blue Flag’ beaches stretching for miles. La Marina is situated midway between Alicante and Torrevieja only 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport on the N332 motorway, and about 45 minutes from Murcia Airport. The World Health Organisation recognises it as the healthiest place to live and stay in Europe,with Championship golf courses, stunningly beautiful scenic countryside, and places of historic interest. Surrounding La Marina is the lively and vibrant towns of Guadamar. Elche (park of palms), Murcia (gardens and theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Santa Pola, Alicante and the famous Disney style Terra-Mitica theme park in Benidorm, boasting two Aqua parks, Safari Park and lots of shops. These locations are all within easy reach from the villa by car or bus. For your comforts and to take a full advantage of you stay the hiring of a car is recommended.

There are many budget airlines such as easyjet, bmi baby, ryanair, flybe etc. that fly to Alicante from several UK and Irish airports as well as scheduled services of BA, BMI, Monarch, Aer Lingus etc.

La Marina is very Spanish in character, but it manages to provide all the little extras to let you enjoy your stay. For example English newspapers are available (published on the same day) and there's an English supermarket. There is a tourist information office, pharmacy, travel agency, snooker club, many shops, bars and restaurants.
La Marina beaches are superb - cleaned every day, with lifeguards on duty in the season.
