The apartment has one bedroom but the living is so big that it has a separate part for a two person comfortable sofa bed. Even when you leave it open it is not annoying
There is a hot and cold air conditioning in the bedroom and living room plus a cozy electric fireplace with heat distributor.
Of Course a big flat screen TV, comfortable seats and a couche, plus a nice four persons dining table are making this apartment more than comfortable.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate washing space with washing machine.
The terrace is big and gives you enough privacy to be enjoyable.

Prices are exclusive € 50 final cleaning and electricity 0,20 KWh (+/- 25 euro a week).
Sheets 10 euro p.p.
Christmas and Eastern 20% extra.
