B&B Yulya is a beautiful apartment in the Spanish colonial style, in which shall be a room to tourists.
This B&B is ideally located in the historic center, thus allowing you quick and easy access to all the major attractions including the Gothic Cathedral, the Port Vell Harbour, the Columbus Monument and Cataluña Square.
Numerous attractions are within 15 minutes walk away.

We have rooms with shared bathroom or private outside. The choice is yours!

Coffee. There is 24 hours coffee at your disposal.
Kitchen. Partial use of the kitchen from 9 am to 11 pm to cook or heat a main dish or to make a salad
etc.

We provide certain toiletries as soon you arrive at tje apartment including shampoo, soap, shaving
cream but if you have a specific preference then please bring them with you
Not all the apartment is a smoking area: you can only smoke in the balcony.
In your stay at The B&B YULYA you have to keep silence between 00:00 until 11.00 am:
Neither party, fiesta nor disco in apartment…
It is completely prohibited to bring extra people not confirmed in your reservation.
