The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets. Newly build in 2008.

Private pool and garden, of street parking in garage with automatic gate. The villa is placed in the exclusive Magnolias residential area of Cumbre del Sol. It has a free view to the Mediterranean Sea and mountains from the terrace and all the way to Calpe and the Penon of Ifach.

The local beach (Cala Moraig) is within 5 min drive and the beach in Moraira is 10 min drive. Further is the beach in Denia a possibility with its big promenade along the beach with all the restaurants and bars.

The villa is fully air conditioned with a separate unit in each room.

Big flat screen TV (32 inch), were you can watch TV, DVD movies or Play station (ps2 with lots of games).

Wireless internet for your convenience (bring your own laptop).It also works outside on the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities and has a normal filter coffee machine as well as a Senseo coffee machine.

Panorama windows and French doors to the terrace with the fantastic sea view (also from living room and kitchen)

All bedrooms have air conditioning shutters and large wardrobes.

Bedroom 1: double bed with ensuite bathroom/toilet and French doors directly to the terrace.
Bedroom 2: double bed with Mountain View.
Bedroom 3: single bed (with and extra guest bed if needed) with sea view

Cumbre del Sol is just an hour drive from the airport. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops to browse around. Weekly markets, local supermarket and much more.
