The house is divided in 2 floors:- Downstairs there is a large lounge/dining-room with sofas; table and chairs for 6; DVDplayer; TV with Satellite channels in English, German, French and Spanish; Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing-machine, cofee-machine, kettle, iron and ironing board; 1 bedroom with en-suite, double bed and air-conditioning; Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.- Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (2 twin and 1 double), all with aircon and a large, shared balcony with magnificent views over the salt flats, Peñon and sea. There are also 2 bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower and bidet. Safe also included.
Outside there is a beautiful 8x4m swimming-pool, surrounded by a terrace with garden furniture (including sunbeds, table and chairs), outside shower and barbeque. Great views of the salt flats and Peñon. Private parking for up to 3 vehicles.
