Atic with terrace located in "El Born" one of the ancient parts of Barcelona, the flat is one block away from "barri Gotic" the other old part of the city, nearby there are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and the main turistic cityviews like the Cathedral, Palau de la Musica Catalana, Museo Picasso, Santa Maria del Mar, Plaça catalunya and Las Ramblas among others.
If you want to go to the beach the metro yellow line takes you there in 5 minutes or you can go walking in about 20 minutes top.
The atic is completly independent from the rest of the building. The flat is a 4th floor without elevator.

Sightseeing trip to Barcelona

I went this month to Barcelona with my housband for 5 days and nights, and we stayed in this flat. We found it very nice and clean, situated in a very good area, near the Bari Gotic church. The owner of this flat talks very good English and we could understood each onther. I think that the conditions corresponds with the price, because it isn't a big flat, made to measure of a couple who is there for visiting Barcelona.
