The revitalizing Fortuna Archena hot springs baths, visited by tourists from all around the world for their therapeutic properties, are less than 18 km away.

The villa is equipped with high fidelity audio and the music is piped throughout the house. The fruits from the olive, orange, lemon, mandarin, medlar, and plum trees on the property can be picked and enjoyed if in season. You can relax in a hanging chair under the canopy of a majestic tree or in the house’s hammock.
In the fitness room you will find a weight machine, an exercise bike, a ping pong table, a boxing dummy and abs equipment. There is a public playground for children within 100 meters. Toys can also be provided at no charge. There is a large municipal swimming pool just 200 meters from the villa as well as a tennis court.
PEACE AND SECURITY: Our desire is that those who visit Villa Paradise feel like royalty, surrounded by luxury and safe in this environment. The villa has many security measures, such as central alarm, video entry (x 2), window guards, and fire extinguishers. The police headquarters is located 200 meters from the community.
Although in Benferri village most residents are Spanish, there are also many British and German families. We provide maps of the region as well as valuable tips to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Access for disabled people is provided throughout the ground floor, landscaped gardens, swimming pool, barbecue and more.
Golf: The Real Club de Golf Campoamor Resort is just a few km away. Its 18-hole golf course was inaugurated in 1988 by HRH D. Juan de Borbón, Count of Barcelona, in whose honor the tournament that bears his name is held annually.
