Casa El Molinuco de Trasvilla is an old converted mill and adjoining house in Trasvilla, a traditional Cantabrian farming hamlet of just a few houses and a church in the hills between Puente Viesgo and Villacarriedo. Due to the configuration of the two buildings, its layout is somewhat unusual but the accommodation is spacious and still retains several original features which gives it character. This is a very tranquil spot in beautiful countryside and if you like walking then there are some good walking paths close to the property. Alternatively, Puente Viesgo is just a short drive and has plenty to offer including its famous prehistoric caves and a very good spa centre.

Large open plan dining room has kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer & w/machine) & stone stairs to upper floor. 1st floor has living room with tv, twin bedrm with balcony and a large shower room/wc. Stone stairs down to other side of house (the mill) where there is a 2nd dining room, a dble bedrm, another shower room/wc & access to the garden. 2nd floor has twin attic room. C/heating. Enclosed garden with covered bbq area and furniture.
