Holiday cottage for rent in Pineda de Mar

The well kept free-standing cottage is calm located hillside and provides a wonderful view to the whole coast of the region. To right and left of the house are two big sun tarraces which can be used for dinning and barbecue as well. The whole house is surrounded by a large balcony which leads to a terrace directly. The house has a big living and dinning room including a wood fired oven, modern kitchen, three bedrooms a bath with shower and WC.

It is surrounded by a garden in which tomato plants, paprika plants and further other vegetable plants are planted and a small chicken coop is located as well. A lovely dog and the two owners, who are living in the basement, belonging to the house as well and are also able to create a typical spanish dinner for the guests on request. If you like the nature and if you are cheerful and can enjoy a cook crowing in the morning, you are kindly welcome to our beautyful house.

Location:

The house is directly located at the most well-known vacation region Cataluniens above Pineda de Mar in approx. 300m height in the Urbanizacion " CAN Carreras" with wonderful view of the entire coast of the region. With good weather and clear view, the view is enough until to Barcelona. The location is characterised by the very calm environment, the proximity to the beach as well as that close natural reserve protected area "Corredor de Montnegre" (distance by feet, 10 min.). The Corredor de Montnegre is well known because of its untouched nature which invites to extensive hicking as well as Mountainbike tours. With the car the beach and the Mediterranean sea can be reached in 15 min.. A visit in the close capital and metropolis Cataluniens, Barcelona may not be missed. From the house to Barcelona it is approx. 50km. Who would not like to use the car, there is the possibility to use a direct train transfer into the city Barcelona.

How you arrived to Pineda de Mar?

You drive on the highway AP7 until the exit no. 9 (Lloret de Mar). After the toll, went left and in about 100 m turn right to the N II toward Barcelona. In about 10 km you will cross the bridge over the river Tordera afterwards you will leave the town of Tordera on your right. After approximately 2 km turn right to the highway toward Barcelona, until the exit 122, (Calella – Pineda).
