The entire apartment benefits from smooth plastered walls and ceilings with luxury textured spanish marble floors, wrought iron curtain poles and quality curtains and nets. The apartment is lit by dimmable ceiling spotlights, wall up-lighters and table lamp down-lighters throughout.

Disabled Access
My Dad is wheelchair bound so we chose this apartment with him in mind.
There are no steps anywhere on the complex from the car (roadside or from subterranean garage from which there is a lift to apartment door) to the apartment, pool-side and all around gardens there are ramps and it is flat down to the beach promenade and indeed up to the shops and restaurants.
I can get my father in the shower (transferring him to shower stool) and on and off the toilet fine using the disabled toilet hand-rails I have fitted. There are non-slip mats in baths and shower.

Beds
Twin beds in all 3 bedrooms. 1 pair zips up to form a 6 ft double if required
Plus a quality 4"6sofa-bed in lounge sleeps 2
sleeps 6 or 8 using sofa-bed

TV/Audio
SkyDigital (family pack) on both the 28ins widescreen t.v. in the lounge and also on the portable t.v.s in the bedrooms. Sky channels can be selected from all bedrooms with a zap-line remote as well as from lounge.
We also have 20+ Spanish satellite channels including MTV, BBC World, CNN, Eurosport so you dont have to watch whats selected on the Sky digibox in the bedrooms.
In addition we have installed a 300W 5.1 Cinema sound system which is amazing entertainment, so take you favourite DVDs and Audio CDs. There is also a VHS player/recorder and a portable CD /Tape/ Radio.

Lounge/dining area
Very spacious with very large patio doors leading on to main terrace and an extra window down the side. The terrace has a set of 4 wicker bistro/cocktail chairs and round table plus matching sun-bed. The lounge has a top quality rinconera (corner suite) with glass coffee table and lamp table and a 28 wide-screen satellite television opposite now with 300W Cinemasound! There is a large glass fine-dining table with six carver chairs which are very comfortable and perfect for socializing over long meals.

Bedrooms
3 bedrooms - 2 are with terrace and 2 are en-suite with bidet
All bedrooms have firm high-quality twin beds with with wrought iron headboards
One pair of twin beds zip up to form a 6 ft double!
All three bedrooms have Air/con, fitted wardrobes with internal drawers, satellite television, beside table and lamp and security blinds. Two have terraces and two have en-suite bath/shower rooms (the third bedroom has a shower room opposite). All beds have top-quality mattresses, summer tog duvets, cotton bed-linen and feather pillows

Bathrooms
3 bathrooms - 2 en-suite with bidet + 1 shower room inc WC and basin
All three bathrooms have underfloor heating. The two en-suite bath/shower rooms have bidets. One of these bathrooms has a separate WC and bidet room inside.
all are equipped with both non-slip mats, comfort mats and top quality towels.

Kitchen/Laundry room
The kitchen is fully-fitted with oven and hob, extractor, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepan, utensil and glassware sets. There is an extra sink and washing machine in the laundry room, plus iron and ironing-board and all cleaning equipment inc vacuum cleaner.

Garage
Youll have a dedicated car space in the subterranean garage which has remote controlled gates and an elevator to the apartment door

Gardens Pools and Beach
The apartment is on the ground floor and semi-dettached so it surrounded by communal gardens. You have use of all the gardens on each of the 5 phases of Costalita Urbis - each phase having its own very large swimming pool. There is a lifeguard during summer months.

Activities
water sports, pedalo hire, tennis courts, horse-riding and golf nearby

Eating and Drinking
Costalita Beach bar & Restaurant - excellent food or drinks. sunbeds with parasols. 1 minute stroll away!
Beach bars including Heaven, Pepes and the famous Sharkys Bar with live musical entertainment.
Carvery lunch or dinner at the 5 star Hotel Playabella just around the corner!
There are restuarants bars and supermarkets, one after another, on both sides of the road outside Costalita Urbis! on the N340 - a great choice of international restaurants, Irish and English pubs on your doorstep!

frequent and reliable bus service, supermarket and 24 hr petrol station next door


Location

MALAGA - 40-45 MINS DRIVE

Costalita is situated in La nueva milla de oro (the new golden mile) area of Marbella.

Drive east to San Pedro (10 mins), Puerto Banus (10 - 15 mins), Marbella (15 - 20 mins) or Malaga (50 mins) with Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos on the way.
Drive west to Estepona (10 - 15 mins) or to Gibraltar (45 mins) for tax free shops.

There is a reliable and frequent bus service in both directions.

Costalita Urbis is central to the main concentration of Costa del Sols leading golf courses - please see website for more details

Just up the road you will find Selwo adventure park for hours of fun for both the children and the adults!

For a taste of the ‘high-life’, you are only minutes drive from the playground of the rich & famous - Marbella & Puerto Banus enjoy classy restaurants, bars, nightclubs, designer shopping and the spectacle of the millionaires row

On the other side of the N340 at Costalita is the beautiful little village of Cancellada with local spanish cuisine and wonderful Steak houses etc.

Costalita is actually nearer to San Pedro than it is to Estepona as shown (incorrectly) on the blue map below, we are where the little prominence is, just East of the Costalita dot shown on this map.

Costalita is on the N340 at junction km 165. This Junction is called Cancellada (after the beautifull little village behind us)

We are 10-15 mins by bus, car or taxi from Puerto Banus and 15 - 20 from Marbella.

La Canada a massive modern retail park, north of Marbella, is only 10-15 minutes away.

In between Costalita and Puerto Banus their are loads of bars restaurants and shops on both sides of the of the N340

Or 10 mins the other way you have the resort of Estepona.

We are right on the beach with beach bars such as Costalita beach bar and restaurant, Pepes Beach Bar and Heaven Beach bar, all of whom do excellent food.

Or next to us is the Playabella 5 star Hotel where you can get a carvery lunch or dinner or use their pool restaurant and the Gym or Health Club at reasonable prices.

On the main road we have Irish and English pubs and a large choice of Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, German, American restaurants.

People who stay at our apartment, can visit San Pedro. Puerto Banus, Marbella or and the resort town of Estepona easily and then retreat to the quieter more exclusive, residential area of Costalita.

Costalita is just past Benahavis another beautiful village over the back.

The historic town of Ronda with its marvellous bridge and the oldest bull ring in spain is a day trip due north

Costalita is not within a town or in a resort. It is in a conurbation of urbanizations stretching from San Pedro and Guadalmina to Estepona, just below the charming white village of Cancelada. (15 mins walk)

Costalita is on the south side of the N340 immediately below the village of Cancelada which is north of the N34O at the same junction - km165, N340 at Cancelada.

From Costalita to San pedro there are restaurants, supermarkets and shops either side of the main N340 road.

The nearest Supermarket Mercadona is 15 mins walk or 2 mins in the Car. Or there is a 24 hr petrol station with convenience store about 10 mins walk, or 2 mins by car.

There are 2 shopping centers or malls with restaurants, bars and shops, video shops etc. on the North side of the N340 about 10 mins by car - they are Benavista and Mustang Commercial Centro.

Buses are very regular. Taxis are available, but you will best be able to access the facilities in the immediate vicinity by car.
