Welcome to our holiday home in this beautiful area of the Costa Blanca.

Refurbished in September 2011 the Villa is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hot and cold a/c, some English TV upstairs and facilities for DVDs downstairs. Wifi.

Situated on the popular Villotel urbanisation the Villa is only 50 metres from the Community pool and tennis courts and is perfect for a family holiday. The beautiful beach at Moraira is only a five minute drive.

The Villa is situated towards the bottom of a cul-de-sac being safe for the children and a peaceful haven for the adults.

More about Chris Johns and Lindsay Roper

Lindsay and I live in the Cotswolds in England. I have recently retired and Lindsay runs a successful Bed and Breakfast.
We aim to exceed expectations in the B and B which is something we hope to do in our holiday home, Casa Paratella.
We have a manager for the property, Brenda, who lives in Moraira and is always on hand to deal with queries or problems.
