Holiday apartment for rent in Barcelona

I am the owner and I prepare the flat myself for each visit and show it to you when you arrive.

The flat is very well located. It is bright and sunny, and has access to a roof terrace with views.

Location:
The street name is "Sant Pere mes alt". This is a beautiful street in the centre of the city, in the old town. It has a unique location: central AND less hectic than other parts of the centre. There is a cafe downstairs, and at the end of the street there is a romantic church square with the possibility to eat outside.

The central location is very handy. Plaza Catalunya is only a 3 minute walk away (the tour buses to the Gaudi sites and the airport bus leave from here). Also the Ramblas, the cathedral and the gothic area are a 3 minute walk away from the flat. And in the other direction, you have the city park (Parque Ciutadella) and the Girona airport bus terminal (Estación del Norte), also at walkable distance.

To the beach it is a 15 minute stroll through the Born neighbourhood and along the old harbour. The metro line that goes to all the beaches (yellow line) stops on the corner of my street (Metro stop Plaza Urquinaona).

The location is practical and the flat is quiet at night because there are no bars in this street.






Flat:
The flat is bright and sunny all day long.
There are balconies on both sides and a good natural ventilation.

You have access to a roof terrrace just above, with view of the city and a sea breeze. The roof terrace is not officially exclusive property of my flat, but in practice it is, since the other 6 people living in the building have never used it.

The flat sleeps 4 people. When using the sofa as sofabed, an additional 1-2 people can be accomodated.

I prepare the flat with fresh bed linen, blankets and towels, as well as everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom.

This is an old building and there is no lift. If you mind having to use stairs, this flat may not be recommendable.

It is a cheerful flat with a basic furnishing.

Double bedroom with balcony and king-size bed.

Double bedroom with window and two individual beds.

Living room opens to a balcony, the kitchen and hallway. Sofa converts into a double bed. ADSL CONNECTION+Free local calls.

Bathroom with shower and WC, fresh towels and gels/shampoo...

Kitchen fully equipped with all kitchenware and cutlery, mixer, juicer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, wok, spices, oils...everything you need to cook. And washing mashine.

Roof terrace right above the flat, with views to relax or have breakfast...

Everything is included in the rental price:

cleaning of the flat before arrival

basic bathroom and kitchen supplies
expenses: electricity & gas & water, A/C, internet, etc.

All prices are for 2 persons.
Additional person = 20/15/10 euros per night (depending on season)
