I am the owner, I prepare the flat for each visit and welcome you there when you arrive.
The location is great. Please check the map and pictures.
It is a very sunny flat and has access to a roof terrace with views.
Location:
The street name is "Sant Pere mes alt". It is a beautiful street of the BORN neighbourhood, and is less hectic than the other parts.
80m to the left, on the corner of this street, is the Palace of Music. The apartment has a unique location because you can walk everywhere -- Plaza Catalunya and the gothic quarter are on the other side of the Palace. The two minute walk to Plaza Catalunya is handy because this is where the tour buses to the Gaudi sites leave, and the airport bus.
At the end of the street, in the other direction, is a romantic church square with the possibility to eat outside. And just beyond that you can walk to the city park, Ciutadella.
To the beach it is a 15 minute stroll through the Born neighbourhood and along the old harbour. The metro line that goes to all the beaches (yellow line) stops on the corner of my street (Metro stop Plaza Urquinaona).
Flat:
The flat is bright and sunny all day long.
There are balconies on both sides (living room and bedroom) so there is a good natural ventilation.
The flat is on the top floor and just above you have access to a roof terrrace, with view of the city and a sea breeze. The roof terrace is not officially exclusive property of my flat, but in practice it is, since my neighbours don´t use it.
The flat sleeps 4 people. When using the sofa as sofabed, an additional 1-2 people can be accomodated.
I prepare the flat with fresh bed linen, blankets and towels, as well as everything you need in the kitchen (oil/vinegar/spices...) and bathroom (shampoo/hair dryer...)
I also leave you with some tips about what you can do in the city.
This is an old building and there is NO LIFT. If you mind having to use stairs, this flat may not be recommendable.

Kitchen fully equipped with all kitchenware and cutlery, mixer, juicer, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, microwave, wok, spices, oils...everything you need to cook. And washing mashine.
Roof terrace right above the flat, with views to relax or have breakfast...
