I prepare my flat for each visit with much care. Ask me to check availabitility...
The location is ideal, and the flat is very bright and cheerful because it gets direct sunshine all day long.
Location:
The street name is "Sant Pere mes alt". It is in the centre of the city, in the old town. It is a beautiful street with the typical facades of this beautifully reformed part of the old town, the Born area. The flat is right next to the Palace of Music, which is on the same street. From here you can easily walk to all destinations in the centre. (2 min walk to Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya...but the street is quieter than these more hectic areas)
It is as central as you can be AND in a residential street with a neighbourhood feeling. There are several cafes in this street and an enchanting church square at the end of the street. Also, the old market is a 2 minute walk. The street marks the upper end of the lively Born neighbourhood, but is more tranquil, and quiet at night because there are no bars in this street.
Tip: see a map of barcelona at http://maps.euroave.com, and type in the street name.
To the beach it is a 15 minute stroll through the nice Born neighbourhood and along the old harbour. The metro line that goes to all the beaches (yellow line) stops on the corner of my street.
The proximity to Plaza Catalunya is handy (2 minute walk) because this is where the city tour buses as well as the airport bus leave from.
Flat:
The flat is illuminated by direct sunshine all day long. You have access to the roof terrrace just above, with views of the city and the open air and sea breeze.
The flat sleeps maximum 6 persons.
You will enjoy your stay in my simply decorated and cheerful flat, in an ideally located street of the centre. I take care to present you with a very clean flat prepared with fresh bed linen, blankets and towels, as well as everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom.
There is no lift. If you mind having to use stairs, this flat may not be recommendable.

Double bedroom with balcony and 2 indiv. beds.
Double bedroom with window and king-size bed.
Living room opens to a balcony and to the kitchen. Sofa converts into a double bed. ADSL CONNECTION+Free local calls.
Bathroom with shower and WC, fresh towels and gels/shampoo/hair dryer...
Kitchen fully equipped with all kitchenware and cutlery, mixer, juicer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, wok, spices, oils...everything you need to cook. And washing mashine.
Roof terrace right above the flat, with views to relax, have a sun bathing session or have breakfast...
