Description: |
A beautiful detached villa set in the well known urbanisation of Guadalmina. The villa is only 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to the commercial plaza, where you can find restaurants, banks, newsagents, doctors etc.
The local town of San Pedro Alcantara is a short 2 minute drive from the villa. The centre plaza with its parish church and narrow streets are packed with small shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, banks etc. It is well worth a visit.
You will also find there the beachfront with its wide modern promenade flanked by palm trees. There are also beachside restaurants specializing in fish dishes.
Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive from the villa and just west of Marbella. This is a must visit location. This is the home of the rich and famous. The picturesque harbour is home to some spectacular luxury yachts. There are many restaurants and bars to sit in and take up the atmosphere.
In the evenings the nightlife is something to see, with Sinatras Piano Bar being the place to be seen, or pop along to the casino.
The Costa del Sol, is also known as the Costa del Golf is ideal for golf lovers. There are over 40 fabulous golf courses all within 30 minutes drive of the villa. We cannot list them all. Monte Mayor is a must for the Golf player. The course is tough and the views are fantastic. The golf complex of Valderama is only 30 minutes away.
There are lots to do for all ages on the Costa del Sol. Here are just a few:
* Cable Ski and Driving range is right next door to the villa complex
* Water Park about 25 minutes drive away
* Zoo
* Selwo Adventure Park
* Gilbralter - The Rock
* Local sea trips
* Boat trips - swim with dolphins
* Historical sites at Ronda and Mijas
Malaga or Gibralter airports are 40 minutes drive away.
The villa is superbly located on a small private development of similar properties which were constructed in 2001.
There are 3 communal pools and 24 hour security on site.
The property is approached by electronic gates to either side of the front of the villa providing parking for two vehicles.
The air-conditioned/heated, fully furnished, marbled floored accommodation consists of:
GROUND FLOOR
ENTRANCE HALL
Doors to living room, kitchen, bedroom 4, shower room with WC. Stairs leading to first floor.
LIVING ROOM
A spacious lounge with open fireplace, surround sound television with/DVD/CD/Radio system and Sky Satellite. Doors to side garden where you can pick your own lemon from the tree, for that refreshing drink! Double doors leading onto covered sun terrace. An archway leads into the
DINING ROOM
Table and chairs seating eight. Childrens play pen, highchair and a selection of toys/games.
KITCHEN
This is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. A door leads to a separate utility area just outside providing a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes line. Iron & ironing board available for use. A bottle steam sterilizer is also provided should you have any little ones.
BEDROOM 4
This room has twin beds, built in wardrobes and a separate shower room with W/C.
FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom with king size bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room with W/C. There is also a travel cot and a full size cot available(please provide own bedding for cots)
Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds each have built in wardrobes.
Each double bedroom has doors giving you access onto the balcony where you can see the wonderful views overlooking the golf course. There are also sunbeds on the balcony.
The family bathroom with W/C can also be found on this floor.
OUTSIDE
The fully enclosed rear garden is West facing and therefore gets the sun from mid-morning to late evening. The covered sun terrace runs along the length of the villa and is equipped with table and chairs, cane sun loungers and table. There are also adjustable sun beds around the garden and a built in barbeque. The pool is heated and has a roman end which leads into the shallow end of the pool. The villa overlooks Guadalmina North golf course so you get fantastic views of the course and stunning mountains views. The garden has lighting and the pool being floodlit provides evening dining/entertainment joyable.
The villa rental price is fully inclusive of water, electricity, pool & garden maintenance. A cleaner will clean the villa and make beds before your arrival.
Hand & Bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
All bedding is provided apart from cot & travel cot. Please do bring your own.
A 30% non refundable deposit of the total rental amount is required at time of booking, to secure your required week(s). The remaining balance (70%) is due 8 weeks prior to departure this is also non refundable once payment has been made. A damage deposit of £150 for the week is also required (add £50 per every other week). This is also required 8 weeks prior to departure. This will be refundable on return of the villa keys, assuming that no breakages or damage has occured. In the event of any breakages or damage, a retention to cover our costs would be levied.
Please also note that there is no liability for travel cancelations, delays, personal injury, theft or loss of any kind. Therefore we advise all our guests to take out insurance cover for accident, travel and medical before arriving at Villa Guadalmina.
Villa change over day is Saturday and check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am.
