The house is situated high up on the Fuentes development 10 mins drive from the Spanish fishing town of Almunecar. The property benefits from breathtaking views of the Mediterranean coastline and the high mountains surrounding the area. The east facing balcony provides a fantastic arena for an early or late breakfast watching the sunrise across the sea. The south facing garden affords sunshine all day amongst the tropical flowers. The comfortable lounge seats 4 people and the dining area seats 6 at the large Indian wood table. The kitchen has excellent modern facilities. Downstairs the bedrooms are tastefully furnished with a large bathroom and toilet area. The property benefits from broadband wireless internet access and UK satellite TV and DVD. The southern coast of Spain is pleasant at all times of the year. Sunny and warm in the winter and a cooling breeze in the summer. The area offers easy access to the beaches and coast and also extensive hill walking and skiing. It is an ideal place for couples and families with a mix of activities and relaxation.
