this aptartment is 2 bed /1 is aprox 89sq meters inside and has a lovely 150sq meter garden which has a big wooden gazebo, bbq, table and chairs that seats 6-8 people and also wicker seating area it, the apartment is furnished modern both bedrooms have large wardrobe and storage area, sitting room has satalite tv and dvd, the complex has 2 pools,an adult and child the pool area is cleaned everyday and the mature garden areas are also well kept, you are only 300mts from the seafront and about 15 minute walk along it passing some nice bars and restaurants along the way to los cristianos harbout which has a large selection of shops and restaurants, it is a quiet residential area but very accessible to amenities.
