In a prime location, close to Playa De Punta Prima beach and all facilities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

The accommodation is suitable for a MAXIMUM of SIX guests and includes:

Winter garden with sofa and dining facilities overlooking pool. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN.

Lounge with satellite T.V (English and Scandinavian) and DVD. Air Conditioning.

Kitchen/Utility room: Fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave/grill, washing machine and fridge freezer. All kitchen equipment is provided.

Double Bedroom on first floor with French doors opening onto roof terrace. Air Conditioning.

Second Bedroom with twin beds on ground floor. Air Conditioning.

Third Bedroom with twin beds on ground floor. Air conditioning.

Family Bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet and WC. on ground floor.

Large roof solarium and sun terrace with sunbeds, chairs and patio furniture.

Linen and towels are provided along with a couple of towels for the beach. Hairdryer supplied.

NOTE:

Air Conditioning is operated by pre payment card, paid for at the time you pay for your holiday. Cards cost 8 Euros and one card per week is usually adequate.

If paying by Bank transfer for your holiday all charges are to be paid by the person booking the holiday.

Cleaning Charges: A 60 EUR charge is levied towards the cleaning and washing cost that wil be added onto the holiday rental cost.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT 100 EUR. Mid week bookings (when available) may be subject to an additional charge - ask for details.
Air conditioning is by prepayment card - paid for with your booking deposit.

A 60 EUR fee towards the cleaning is added to your holiday rental cost.

We like our guests to be comfortable and for this reason we do not allow more than SIX guests.
Arrival and departure days are always on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.
