Villa with private pool in Calpe, very near the beach and all facilities, for 16 people. The villa is recommended for families and large group of people. The villa is situated at a few steps from the centre of Calpe and its beaches (urbanization La Senieta). The villa has several opened and glazed terraces where you can have your meals, sunbathing or have a swim in the pool. The villa is composed by 2 independent floors connected by external stairs. The living area is about 250 m2 and the enclosed plot with trees is about 800 m2.
Main floor: (Access by 4 steps) living-dining room with TV sat and access to the covered terrace and the pool. Independent kitchen totally equipped with gas hobs, dish washer, refrigerator with small fridge, micro wave, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kitchen utensils. 1 large bedroom with double bed and a fan. 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and a fan. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a fan. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a fan. 1 a bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a fan.
1st floor: (Access by external stairs) Living-dining room with Access to the covered terrace. Outdoor: You can enjoy the pool of 10x5 with roman stairs, external shower, covered masonry barbeque and a lot of space for sunbathing. Short distance to the centre of Calpe (0,7 km) to the sand beach (beach and Promenade Arenal-bol 1,2 km) commercial centre and supermarkets (0,7 km) club de tennis and restaurant (0,4 km) parking on the plot for 4-5 cars.
Observaciones:
It is possible to accommodate 1 more person: Extra cost of 90€/per person. Pets with a weight under 12 kg are allowed. Extra cost of 30 €/per stay.
