This apartment is located in the exclusive area of Royal Flamingos. A few minutes’ drive from the amazing Hotel Villa Padierna, with its sophisticated interior, outside dining areas and beautiful spa area for absolute relaxation. Use of these facilities are not included.

The property comprises a living room with sofa group and dining area for 6 persons. You can enter the terrace area through sliding doors. From the main floor terrace area with dining area you can take the stair case up to the top terrace with Jacuzzi and amazing views.

All bedrooms are located on the main floor and have fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (widen 1.40 m)and 2 bedroom with each 2 single beds.

The spacious fully equipped kitchen has also at dining area for 4 persons.
The apartment further benefits from A/C hot and cold, in door private parking, 1 community pool divided into 2 by a waterfall and tropical gardens.

This apartment is located within a 7 minute drive to the coastal area, where you find restaurants, and bars.
The cosy town of Benahavis is a 12 minute drive away.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.

The apartment have a panoramic view the sea "offers short connection to Estepona,Puerto Banus and Marbella center in just 15 minutes drive.
San Pedro beaches are 5 minutes away with a nice beachfront promenade and diverse restaurants and bars. Gibraltar just one hour away, stop destination for Costa del Sol visitors.

SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally Sierra Nevada closes in the first weekend in May.
