New construction home located in the privilege area of Montemar. On the ground floor, the house has the great kitchen room (30m2) prepared to delight with family, and a big room (40m2) acclimated for a relaxing an reading times. On the exterior part, both spaces communicate with a big terrace furnished for enjoying outdoors near the garden and pool. Also, there is a service bathroom and a double room with, besides 3 main bedrooms (1 master suite and 2 suites).
Upstairs, there are 2 wonderful terraces (30m2), one of them prepared to delight of wonderful views. In addition, there is an amazing multifunctional space in which we have prepared 2 difference zones, the playground zone for the kids, and a second space where adults can enjoy a cinema television space, near of the children area. There is also 1 room prepared for fitness, and also 1 double bedroom and one bathroom with a big jacuzzi.
The exterior part has a great garden with pool, private parking and basket to play.

Family visit to Barcelona

This home has become our home away from Florida for Spain. Beautiful home, yard, and location. Our children (ages 4,9, and 10) loved the yard, clean house, great appliances, beds for all, and huge upstairs. We were the first family to rent and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to cook and prepare meals at the house, thus saving hundreds of restaurant dollars. The house is very close to highway to Barcelona and Sitges, yet you do not hear any road noise. Our kids trained at Sanchez- Casal for the week as well, about 10 minute drive to the site. All in all, this is the perfect home for any one visiting for tennis training, visiting Barcelona, and/or the beach and affords lots of rooms for the children to room and for each to have their own bed! Lastly, the owner was very respondent and pleasant. Great family, and very helpful with any questions pertaining to the area. We had a fantastic trip, and the home was a big part of it, will definitely be back.
