This airconditioned 2 bedroom apartment is fully equipped with twin beds (which can be made into double beds), beddings and towels are provided, fully appointed bathrooms with bath and shower, fully fitted kitchen with all home comforts, open plan lounge/dining room leading out to spacious terraces with extremely comfortable & aesthetically pleasing garden furniture, sun beddings, plants and outdoor lighting.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the beach and the larger resorts such as La Manga Mar Menor, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The apartment benefits from its own private car parking, its own private garden and shared swimming pool. Leading from the living room is a large terrace with stunning mountain and golf course views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedrooms, also the sofa-bed in the living room the apartment is ideal for large families and groups, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Las Terrazas de La Torre is one of the prestigious&well known Polaris World Golf Resorts &is situated within the region of Murcia, along the Costa Calida,between the Costa Blanca&the Costa de Almeria. It is a brand new golf resort, which has a Supermarket for your golf course has been described as one of the best courses in the area, suitable for all levels of Costa Calida boasts some of the best beaches in area and the Mar Menor makes it a popular destination amongst all ages,including famous La Manga strip.There are over 44km of beaches on the sides of Mar Menor and the water is no more than 8m at its deepest point. The Costa Calida/Region of Murcia is sheltered by rolling hills & high mountains which creates its very own micro restricts rainfall & the region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. • The resort is located on the Golf course (our own golf set is available). You can also enjoy a stunning views of mountains. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the beach and the larger resorts such as La Manga Mar Menor, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market and many excellent restaurants for eating out. he region is renowned for its AVERAGE TEMPERATURE of 21 DEGREES and with over 320 DAYS OF SUN PER YEAR you are in the perfect place for enjoyment and leisure. You will also enjoy a very warm welcome from the local Spanish people with fine cuisine, wine, entertainment, many places of interest and local history particularly in the historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena. Valencia and Seville are also only 2.5 hours drive away. Car hire is also widely available from both airports (Murcia and Alicante). Directions will be forwarded upon booking confirmation.

Payment terms and conditions:
A rental deposit of 25% to secure booking, with the balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival. The payment is refundable in case of booking cancellation (Conditions apply). Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date to be paid in full.
Refundable 100 € security deposit required with final balance payment per booking.
We can accept payments in Euro or GBP by cheque, by bank transfer / Internet banking or credit card via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60)days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or €50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit.

Hi, let us introduce ourselves. We are a married couple. My husband, Robert, is Scottish and I come from Azerbaijan. We have two kids: our son is 18 years old and daughter is 10. We live in Dubai for many years now. My husband works for an Oil company and I am engaged in my interior design and decor business. We really enjoy living in this beautiful country and we love spending our short vacations in our home in Spain and hope that you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful holiday home too.

Very positive

I was very impressed; you can’t always find what you see in adverts: luxury apartments with spacious bedrooms and wardrobes, with a cozy lounge and kitchen, where I found everything what I needed for my stress-free vacation. The swimming pool is just 2 minutes away from the house, by walk. The house is very clean as it has been cleaned every day. I didn’t have a chance to play golf, but I saw a golf field from the garden. The golf field was busy with people playing golf all day. There are few Cities around Roland where I spent a great time with my son at the beach and in the city; there was a huge choice of restaurants. Definitely I will recommend this apartment to my friends. thanks a lot.
