Fantastic ecological living by using solar panels for electricity and rainwater for your showers, dishes and flushing the toilet. There are gas bottles in place for hot water and the fridge so all in all there is enough comfort to enjoy a peaceful holiday while conserving the environment. We use bottled water for drinking and cooking and our own hand picked organic olive oil for cooking.
