Pleasant summer villa, for pour 8 people, with private swimming pool, located in Calpe. The villa is situated in the Urbanization Pla Senieta, very quiet area at a few steps from the centre of Calpe, the beaches and the supermarket. The villa is build on 2 floors (the ground floor is closed and uninhabitable). The living area is about 140 m². The enclosed plot with trees is about 700 m². It is possible to park 3-4 cars on the plot.
Ground floor: (Closed and inhabitable)
Main floor: living-dining room area with TV satellite/TD and access to the covered terrace and swimming pool area. Separated kitchen totally equipped wit gas cooker, dish washer, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kitchen utensils. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath, wc and wash basin, 1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Outdoor: you can enjoy the swimming pool 8x4 with roman stairs, external shower, masonry barbeque and space for sunbathing. A short distance to the centre of Calpe (0,7 km) the sand beach (beach and Promenade Arenal-bol 1,2 km) commercial centre and supermarket (0,7 km) club de tennis and restaurant (0,4 km) parking area on the plot for 3-4 cars.
Observations:
It is possible to accommodate one more person. Extra cost 90€ par personne. The pets under 12 kg are allowed. Extra cost 30 €/per stay.
