* After making a reservation request, you will always be € 10, - reservation costs.

Payment Terms:

* Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation of your reservation request you 50% of the total rental needs. Only after we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.

* No later than 30 days before arrival you will owe the remainder.


Cancellation charges:

* If canceled up to 30 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee.

* If canceled up to 7 days before arrival 90%

* After 100%

In southern countries are disruptions in water and electricity services more often than in your own Country. Your accommodation provider can not be held responsible for this.

Lessor shall not be liable for any damages to the tenants, the tenants of the property or any other damage.
