This ground floor 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is located in a prime secluded corner of a luxury complex. There is a community swimming pool, including children's pool and sunbathing area.

In addition to a combined kitchen and living area, the apartment has a South facing front patio and sun beds.

Playa Grande is the principal beach on the island, along Avenida de las Playas, and a mere 1-minute walk out of the complex and across the promenade. Ideal for long sandy walks and swimming as well as snorkelling and diving. There are several diving clubs within walking distance.

Playa Chica is the smaller, more secluded beach situated by the harbour and closer to the Pueblo/old town a short walk away.

The Iron Man and Triathlon competitors train throughout the year on this island because of the year-round sun. The Iron man events are held here in Playa Grande. The starting gate for the Ironman was just outside our complex and so I had a perfect place to watch. The next Ironman competition will be held on 19th May 2012.

Golf enthusiasts can play at the Puerto del Carmen 18-hole golf course just outside the town, approx. 5 kms away. You may also be interested in hiring a bicycle, there is a brilliant shop only 1/2km from the apartment which has a good range of bikes for hire.

The complex features a variety of attractive tropical vegetation, and thanks to its prime location in Puerto del Carmen is well-situated for restaurants, cafes, banks, shops, supermarkets, bars, clubs, arcades and other entertainment.

Mosquito nets are fitted to all bedroom windows. There are cupboards with padlocks to secure valuables above the wardrobes. The sofa can be converted into a double bed.

Las Tabaibas is situated about 15 min taxi ride from the airport.
