This villa is situated on the Orihuela Costa, La Zenia.
Around the central boulevard phases consisting of 12 small and low-rise duplex apartments with landscaped gardens and pools.
With an average temperature of 20 º C and more than 300 days of sunshine a year, is Zenimar situated in a privileged area. The 16 km coastline consists of a variety of beautiful beaches such as Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia and hidden coves to suit all tastes.

The area also offers 4 x 18-hole golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Cabo Roig. You'll find plenty of shopping centers, restaurants and bars nearby.

There are also five marinas located along the coast: two in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa in the 2 and 1 in Torre de la Horadada.
