A perfect getaway & alternative to a package tour flat that needs no comparison. You will have generous space in cosy and comfortable surroundings with views from nearly every corner of the the house, at a much cheaper price tag - and you may enjoy holiday with good friends, all under one roof.

This unique property is centrally located in the popular holiday hotspot Playa de las Americas - only a short drive from the beach. You will have 360 degrees of scenic sea & mountainviews as well as beautiful uninterrupted views to the island of La Gomera and not least Tenerife's most incredible sunset every night.

In the area you'll find a convenience store, thai, indian & chinese food & real Italian pizzas. Sightseeing, beaches, golfcourses and local villages are just 5-10 min. away by bus or by car. Other shops are just a stones throw away incl. South Tenerife's biggest shopping center Gran Sur with cinemas, shops and restaurants. Just down the road you'll find Aqua Spa - a fitness & wellness Center, tennis & squash courts and a themed waterpark for young at heart.

The holiday home is ideal for 2-6 adults or for the whole family. It can house a max. of 8 people and consists of:

1st floor: Guest toilet, 20 m2 patio, 40 m2 covered terrace with separate dining & lounge area and views. Inside combined lounge & dining area, fully equipped kitchen
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with king & queensize beds, Scandinavian duvets, wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one with shower & bathtub + one with shower only) & small balcony.
3rd floor: TV room & office, double sofabed and 25 m2 sunterrace with sunbeds, dining table,BBQ & fantastic views.
Basement offers an extra bedroom en-suite & laundry facilities which are extra and negotiable.

The house is let on a weekly basis only plus extra days. Minimum rent is only EUR 525 per week but will depend on season, number of people and length of stay.

Carrental is offered from EUR 99/wk for 4-5 persons or a minivan for 9 persons from EUR 275/wk

PLEASE NOTE. The house is a NON-SMOKING property but you may smoke outside on the terraces. It is not suited for physically challenged people or smaller children due to stairs and heights.
