This duplex apartment consists of 2 rooms placed on each of the two levels in a 4 storey building with ocean view from both levels. Furnished with high quality designer items, and equipped with audio & TV/DVD on each level. On first level, there are a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with dining table for 6 persons, and two individual beds and a romantic curtain enclosed terrace with ocean view. On the terrace there are installed a gas grill and gas cookers for outdoor use (gasuse on own expenses). At the second level there are one bedroom with a double bed and savetybox, one bathroom and terrace with ocean view.

FACILITIES:
This luxury property is the perfect holiday oasis in an exclusive community in Mijas Costa, with private access to the beach, 24 hours security, leisure centre with indoor and outdoor heated pools, Spa, sauna, Turkish bath and gym. Inside the leisure center there is possible to use the indoor snooker room or get a massage or other body treatments for a small fee.

The uses of the outdoor tennis- or football court are extra charges in terms of using (this is economical settled directly with McDonald's Dona Lola Resort at the reception).

The complex has 3 outdoor pools, tennis courts and several restaurants. Bus and taxi are located just outside the complex. There are walking distance to commercial shopping centre and lots of bars/restaurants. Driving distance to Fuengirola (12 km.), to Marbella (16 km.) and to airport (32 km.).

SERVICES:
It is possible to rent quality wetsuits, golf equipment (Wilson), and tennis, squash rackets on a weekly basis. Ask the landlord for the rental price.

It is also possible to rent a car on a daily or weekly basis (Mercedes Benz C320 Avantgarde or Mercedes Benz SLK230 Kompressor). The driver must be over 35 years. Ask the landlord for the rental price.
