Villa Rosa dels Vents is located close by to the medieval villa called Pals -one of the most beautiful areas in Costa Brava. Only 5 minutes driving distance to the large and sandy beach of Pals. A paradise for Golfers as it is only 5 minutes to the championship courses and several 18 hole and 9 hole courses to test the best players. Ideal for children too. Villa Rosa dels Vents is very tastefully decorated and offers you modern living accomodation and all comfort and facilities to have an unforgettable holidays. Lots of privacy and south orientation with sun all day long. It is built in two floors and is surrounded by a beautiful lawned garden with a large pool of 5mx10m (heating optional extra fee of 100€/Week). Portable BBQ. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, large living dining room with 42" Flat Screen TV - blue ray DVD player and WIFI connections. with direct access to a covered terrace and to the garden, full equipped kitchen with american fridge-freezer with ice making dispenser, microwave and dishwasher, laundry with washing machine and dryer. One guest toilette. Two double bedroom with double bed each and one bathroom with jacuzzi-bath. In the first floor there are two master bedrooms with dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower in each of them and joined by a very large balcony. Each one has one double bed and 1 extra bed. There is an outside parking area inside the property for 3 cars. Alarm system. Air conditioning and heating. Capacity: 8/10 persons.
