Large, detached, tastefully decorated luxury villa situated in the Bonalba Golf & Spa Resort, with direct views of the golf course and the sea in the distance.
The villa was originally furnished as a family home, equipped to a high standard and decorated tastefully with pieces and styles from all over the world. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of olive trees, tall shady palm trees, high hedges and colourful flowers, providing both privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. As front-line villa, the terrace and garden open up to stunning views over the golf course, the sea and the city of Alicante in the distance and from the front garden you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the mountain range inland. In the centre of the garden is a large private pool, surrounded by a wooden boardwalk and natural rock slabs, offering a large area for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade of the palm trees on rustic garden furniture. For outside dining you have a choice of three special spots, each seating 8: on the terrace, in the garden of scents under a secluded gazebo or under the palm trees next to the Argentinian BBQ.
Inside the villa
The villa is fully air conditioned, with a completely integrated system functioning in every room. The ground floor contains the living area, the second floor has four bedrooms, the basement is for entertainment and washing/drying/ironing. The ground floor is tiled with a warm-coloured terracotta and the second floor with marble.
Ground floor
Sitting, Dining and Reading Areas
The ground floor area is fully open plan, connecting the sitting, dining, kitchen and reading areas. The sitting area has a fireplace with coal effect gas fire – for winter evenings. The dining area has a large table that seats 10. Glass doors open up from the dining area to the large covered terrace. The reading area has a piano, a sofa and table. The (wireless) internet connection is located in the corner.
Kitchen
The large well planned kitchen offers a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and a large variety of (electric) utensils to allow the preparation of fine foods. A large amount of plates, cutlery, cups and glasses cater for large groups. A second set of glass doors open to the terrace.
Utility Room
From the kitchen a door leads to the Utility Room, containing a second fridge/freezer, the gas boiler and a storage cabinet.
WC
A WC is situated off the downstairs hallway.
Hallway
The main front entrance opens into a hallway with stairs curving around to the first floor. A second stair case is located behind a door and leads to a large basement.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
A fabulous room, with access to a large balcony with sea views. This room has a romantic queen size double bed and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The en-suite bathroom has a marble topped sink, WC and a king size double shower.
Bedroom 2
A large room, also with access to the balcony. This room has a king size double bed and large wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3
A spacious room with sea views. This room has two single beds. Extra mattresses are stored underneath each bed, effectively expanding the capacity to 4 persons.
Bedroom 4
This room has two twin beds. These are arranged as one single bed, with a supplementary "pull out" bed stored below.
Bathroom
The family bathroom has a marble topped sink, WC and full size bath.
Basement
The basement has a comfortable sitting area with a large flat screen TV, cable connection, DVD and Wii. A table tennis table is placed in the centre of the area. Another section contains the washing machine and tumble drier and a bathroom with shower.
