The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, with fully fitted and equipped kitchen, spacious lounge dining room and living area with patio doors leading to the balcony. The apartment has hot and cold air-conditioning to both bedrooms and the main living area, also secure video phone entry to the lobby area with a lift to all floors

There’s lots to see and do in the area including water parks and boat trips to the beautiful Tabarca Island. The area also has many golf courses, towns and places of interest within a short drive. This is an idyllic location and would provide holidays or extended stays for people of all ages.

The apartment is available for rental all year round with 7 nights being the minimum period. Longer lets of a month or more are available at discounted rates. The rent is fully inclusive and covers all utility costs.

Hi my name is David I live in england where I run my own home improvement business specilising in fitting new kitchens and bathrooms.

I love Spain and Torrevieja and spend as much of my free time as I can in my Spanish home by the sea, If you are looking for a modern and well located holiday home only 40 seconds away from the beach why not book my apartment and see why I love my adopted spanish home town so much.

An excellent family appartment and resort.

We absolutely loved our holiday in Torrevieja, and the appartment offered us a comfortable place to relax and eat, as well as close proximity to the beach. All our needs as a family were provided for and even a night in with a bottle of wine and a dvd, was a pleasure. For anyone looking for a reasonably priced holiday with a beautiful coastline and on your doorstep I would recommend this one, as I will definitely be going back.

Choice to be active or relaxed.

Brilliant base to explore the Costa. Torrevieja - lots to do and see, good cafe's for snacks and great restaurants for evening. Very close to several beaches and especially close to the best beach. Flat for walking and good for families with children. Large apartment and well equiped. Will definitely go come again and recommend to friends.
