Services
Our Villa with private parking is build on 1 level.There is a large terrace 104m2 with 2 porches and dining tables in each porche. This larger than usual terrace incorporates a 8x 4m swimming pool(all over 1,3Om deep) with roman steps. The terrace furniture consists of 7 sun loungers plus 2 parasols and in each porche you have a dining BBQ with gas with is very comfortable to use. All this will make your staying in our villa with the glorious spanisch summers unforgetable!
Indoor:
Bedroom 1: Furnished with a double quality bed(1,5Om), large fitted wardrobes, side tables,and next to it a large bathroom with toilet, luxury bath and 2 lavabo's.
The window has blinds and there is air-conditining.
Bedroom 2: Large double bed(1,5Om) with sidetables and a large bathroom with shower, toilet and 1 large lavabo. The windows have also blinds, there is air-conditining.
Bedroom 3: Large double bed(1,5O) with above 1 single bed
(bunk) A lot of space in your wardrobe.Besides the bedroom you have a large bathroom with shover, toilet and lavabo.
Three people sleeps very comfortabel!
ALL 3 bedrooms have a high quality matras!
ALL 3 bedrooms have a hair-dryer!
Possibility to put 1 bed more(for a child) with a charge of 1OO euros(so sleeps then max.8persons)
Indoor living area:
The open lounge/dining area has a lot of space and is furnished with all furniture that make your stay comfortable! satellite tv, dining table, internet,air-conditioning.
The sitting place has 1 large and 2 single sofas.
Open kitchen with all new appliances: large fridge freezer, micro wave, dishwasher, electric cooker, kettle and toaster and coffee machine. Washing machine,iron and ironing board in a place next to this kitchen.
Outdoor: private and covered parking space, the property is a closed domain and safe for children.Private swimming pool, sunbeds, outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
About Cumbre del Sol area:
The resort has two shopping centre's 1 on walking distance from our villa which is Adelfas with a fine restaurant, supermarkt, hairdresser and chemist. the other one is Lirios with a famous chinese restaurant SHAN HAI, Irish pub.
About Play del Moray(2O' my feet-5' drive)
the most beautifull an healthy beach of the costa blanca, on sunday all spanish people go there! It has a car park, beach bar, toilet facilities, sun-loungers, parasols for hire. I'ts small but beautiful!
About Moraira beach and Javea beach
This beaches are only 15 à 2O min find a nice sandbeach with all facilities, bars, restaurants, markets
Moraira, formerly a small fishing village is very charming ! visit the port with all beatifull yachts and coctail-bar. A wonderfull place to go by the evening to find the spanish vacation atmosphere!
Javea: There you find the same vacation feeling but it is a little bit larger.. you have to visit it! You can make a nice walk next to the beach and have a wonderfull drink in one of the bars,you also have a lot of shops and a nice port.
Mountains
If you like more the mountains, in 3O' you have wonderfull sight-seeings in the beautifull moutains!
Benitachell and Teulada
typical spanish towns, small streets with the typical houses, go to the local market(wednesday)
Granadella:
a nature park on 5' from our house, you can park the car in the entrance(one of the entrances is near to the VVAF(entrance of cumbre del sol, when you are up the mountain)
This park is protected by the governement and you can have a walk until Javea. Do it!
Calpe, Denia, Benidorm
All about 3O'drive from our house
In Calpe you find the Ifach rock, you can climb it, this rock is also a bird- an wildlife sanctuary.
Denia:take the old scenic road via the mountain roads of the Montgo National Park, wonderfull drive with spectacular vieuws
Eating out:
there are many good restaurants in the area, you have the local wine, the paella and the special local food, tast it!
Local activities
Boat hire, water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, golf , tennis, karting (all this you find in moraira and javea)
The safari animal park nearby Pego,is the place to be with childeren
