A well presented 1st floor apartment that sleeps 5 people, enjoying unspoilt views of the white sandy beaches of la Mata and surrounding areas.
The apartment is in Parquemar 3 La Mata,Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain. and is within walking distance of all amenities including beach front cafe's, bars and restaurants, and benefits from a large communal pool just metres away from the apartment that has lovely landscaped garden and grassed areas for sunbathing.
The main town of Torrevieja is just a ten minute drive away, with its bustling night-life, marinas and shopping centres and water parks, makes this an ideal location for families and people of all ages.
Golf enthusiasts have a number of golf courses all within a 30 minute drive.
Towels and linen are included, Beach and pool towels are not included.
100 Euro security deposit and 50 Euro cleaning and meet and greet fees are payable locally on arrival.
