Pleasant summer villa with private swimming pool, for a capacity of 8 people, situated in the Urbanization Sierra de Altea, at few meters to the Field of Golf “Don Cayo”. Spacious plot gardened and closed of aprox. 1900 m² with a covered barbecue of masonry. The villa is built on 2 floors with an inside surface of aprox. 180 m²

In the ground floor, the accommodation has a lounge/diningroom with televisión by satellite/tdt (languages : english, germain, spanish and French). Kitchen totally equiped with plate Vitro-ceramic, fridge-freezer, dishewasher, toaster, oven and others ustençils for the kitchen. 1 ample bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin. 1 water-room of courtesy.

On the 1st floor (to reach by inside stairs). This one has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each. 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin in suite in one of the bedrooms. Ample solarium with views to the mountain.

Outside a ample swimming pool with dimensions 10x5 m with roman stairs and an outside shower. A covered barbecue of masonry. 1 room with the washing machine.

A short distance will allow you to acces in the center of Altea (4,5 km) quite as to the shingle beach (5 km), in the field of golf (1,5 km) as well as to supermarket it quite facility.

Animals, with a weight is less of 12 kg are allowed and il will cost 30 € for the stay. There is a possibility to accommodate 1 supplementarye people with the payment of 90€ more for the stay.
