This property is thousands of years old yet Newly renovated,this beautiful 2 bed apartment is in the heart of the village. Lovely balcony which catches the sun all day, yet also has a roll blind incase it is too hot, with cosy large corner sofa on the balcony.Kitchen with amazing views, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave. Living room/dining room with sofa bed equivalent to a 3 quarter size, tv with dvd along with dvd´s to watch, table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is a trendy shower/wet room with a power shower, toilet and the 2 bedrooms have each a double bed and wardrobe with both views to the sea. Just 5 mins away from all the lovely unique shops & restaurants which mijas pueblo has to offer. Mijas is also well known for the beautiful views and historic churches. Many beautiful beaches along the coast from 10mins by car. Also many golf courses along the coast. Many mountain walks near to the apartment. Car not necessary as the local buses and trains are excellent. Bus station 5 mins from apartment. 20 mins from malaga airport by car & 10 mins by car to the sea. Many coastal destinations to visit aswell as lots of other intersting things to do. Mijas Pueblo is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the World.

Notes
Parking is first come first serve and on a narrow street but there is parking in the village for free or on the main road above apartment which i normally recommend and take you to. We take €50 damages deposit which includes loss of keys etc. This will be returned at
the end of your stay.
the end of your holiday if there are no damages occurred. All electricals to be left
thoroughly cleaned. towels and linen washed by the cleaner after your stay along with
the floor mopping. No smoking inside the apartment at all, if you dont agree with this
then please dont book. You can smoke on the balcony with ashtray provided only. No children under 12 allowed.

Notes
Final cleaning to be left in the same state as arrival. On departure the cleaners will do the linen and towel washing and floor mopping and bathroom cleaning. All electricals to be cleaned before your departure (it is best to clean after each use with electricals). If
electricals not cleaned the the damages deposit can be held. To pay 25% deposit on booking via credit card or paypal then the balance on arrival.
