The property is situated just a short walk from the center of Marbella and 5 minutes by car from the beach. It is in a quiet residential area with a tennis and padel club just a 2 minute walk away.
There is a golf course just 5 minutes away.
The Marbella bus station is reachable by foot and the La Cañada shopping center is ony 5 minutes away by car.
