Cottage in Otivar, Costa Tropical Spain. If you are looking for a different style of holiday renting, this is the house. Perfectly located to explore the historical Granada city, the house gets a private pool. With Only countryside and marvellous see views, the house is situated only 5mn from the village. You reach the property by a small country side road who accepts all kind of cars. The Granada marvellous city and the ski slopes is only 59km and Malaga airport one hour distance. The electrical heating gives the possibility to rent the house all the year.
The sunny terrace can be use to take rest or breakfast and lunch with nice see view. All the year the tropical fruits and vegetables production are available for the guests

We are Spanish and French living in the tropical coast since two years.Maria is from Granada and we love this spain area with it's special climat. We like knoowing ours guests and share if they want a drink and tapas with them. We have two differents renting house. One flat on Almuñecar beach and a nice cottage with private pool in Otivar village close to Almuñecar.We propose the best service to our guest and are expecting from them a high respect of our cleaned and well decorated
