Apartment located in the heart of Barcelona. (Plaza de Cataluña)
In a first floor, outside and with two large windows overlooking a quiet pedestrian street. It has two separate rooms, one with double bed and one single bed, kitchen open to living and dining area, being all one space, bathroom.

The apartment is easily reached from Plaza Catalunya, arriving by aerobus from the Prat airport.
Just 3 minutes, are the famous Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter and the main tourist and leisure attractions of Barcelona. The tourist bus also can take from Plaza Catalunya and some metro lines and taxis.
If you decide to go shopping, the street parallel is Portal del Angel and the most exclusives brands you can find on Paseo de Gracia, just 5 minutes walk, where you can visit La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.

Notes
The price is based on two guests, the third will have a supplement of 20 euros night.
To make a reservation you must make a payment of 10% of the total or at least the amount agreed with the owner. The difference will be paid upon arrival.
Final cleaning services, you have to add them to the total.
The security deposit will be delivered on arrival and get it back to the exit, where everything in the apartment is in perfect condition.
