This perfectly located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment within easy reach of the town and beach, Fuentes de Nerja is a development built right on the beach and is enclosed within secure wrought iron gates making it private and safe. A few minutes walk will take you to the town centre and the Balcon de Europa. There is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Access to the beach is only a short stroll away. The kitchen is well equipped comprising of: washing machine, fridge freezer, dish washer, electric oven & hob, microwave, electric kettle and toaster etc The lounge / Dining is of good size with two comfortable sofas, sat T.V. with English channels, ceiling fan, and large patio doors opening onto a pleasant patio which has table and chairs. From here there are views to the sea l. At one end of this room there is a dining area with table and chairs, near to the kitchen Bedroom 1 double bed en-suite, ceiling fan Bedroom 2 twin beds, ceiling fan Shower room / wc Outside there is a large communal pool surrounded by gardens and there are pleasant walkways between the apartments.
